At Schistó, every dinner is a sensory journey of 10 moments, revealed only as it unfolds. Our MICHELIN-starred creations honor the flavors and traditions of the Douro, using seasonal ingredients harvested at the perfect time—many of them coming directly from our organic garden.
Meats and fish are sourced from small local producers, in a celebration of regional authenticity and sustainability. Each dish is finished and presented by the chefs in the heart of the open kitchen, within an immersive atmosphere designed to evoke proximity, surprise, and emotion.
To complete the experience, an optional wine pairing is available, carefully selected by sommelier Carlos Eduardo, featuring wines from Quinta da Vacaria itself: a tribute to the old vines and the winemaking soul of the Douro.
